PCDC HELPS KEEP MID-HUDSON PRIMARY CARE PROVIDERS ON THEIR FEET AND PROVIDING HEALTHCARE TO MORE THAN 40,000 PATIENTS: Institute for Family Health (IFH) acquired Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute, saving access to high quality primary care for patients in New York’s Mid-Hudson region. PCDC provided a loan of $5.8 million.
