We work with health centers to assess their objectives and options. We then connect them with the appropriate professionals to guide the development of solid business plans and program budgets.

Project Management and Development Assistance
We help clients assemble and manage qualified professional development teams. We connect clients with specialists in development management, architectural design and legal services. Our assistance may begin during the early phases of project development and continue on through construction to the commencement of operations in the new or renovated facility.

Technical Support in Capital Fundraising Efforts
We work with health centers to identify and assess the optimal balance among funding sources, including PCDC loans, grants and owner equity. We facilitate the credit approval process by helping clients assemble, analyze and interpret project-related information. We advise clients regarding how to position themselves to raise funds from public and private capital grants.
