MULTI-STAKEHOLDER INITIATIVES: COLLABORATIVE INSTITUTE

Goal
PCDC partnered with United Hospital Fund to support efforts by senior leaders in healthcare to plan, design, implement and evaluate more effective collaborative improvement programs.

PCDC Solution

• Design and facilitate four 1/2-day sessions that bring together 15 key leaders from organizations conducting collaborative change initiatives to improve care and access for underserved communities
• Use the sessions to guide leaders to spread and sustain their improvement efforts
• Coordinate with United Hospital Fund¡s initiative to build visibility, momentum and support for transforming the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services in New York City
