CAPITAL ACCESS

Historically, health centers have invested primarily in service delivery. Many centers have few resources to spend on facilities and equipment and have limited access to conventional financing. Through its Capital Access progams, PCDC fills the gap in a way that meets the unique needs of the centers. PCDC’s Capital Access programs are available to providers who meet specific criteria. The programs include primary Care Capital Fund

EMERGING INITIATIVES
Working with a variety of clients PCDC’s Emerging Initiatives team designs, implements and evaluates health system improvement programs that address a wide range of topics. The topics include emergency management, health information technology, health literacy, clinical improvements (pediatric asthma, prenatal care, diabetes, depression, palliative care), customer service, and provider communications.
